mood up vs calm down.....Negative Influence ...HANUMAN CHALISA
After another discussion of how to use them, I was using MOOD up and calm down together for my granddaughter
I understand that the two are opposites in emotional issue. but, what do you do If they are back and forth and allover the place. Also she vomits a lot and extreme panic attacks and anxiety. So you told me no ALL CLEAR because of the vomiting, which I understand, but she has residual side effects from anti-depressants which was why I was giving her AC. I feel frustrated that I haven't helped her.

Chaupai is referred to 4 syllable hindi poetry version.
