Can we volunteer to heal others or they have to ask for healing only then we can heal?

I am a new user of VK. I have some doubts.
I am going through details of using VK, not yet completed. In the process I got some doubts:
We can use VK to heal ourself, our family ie our siblings, our children. For others, can we volunteer to heal or they have to ask for healing only then we can heal?

There are no formalities with VK to heal others.
Dear @ritz,
VK is your artillery. You need not ask or no one need to authorize you to heal. As long as your action is positive, you may heal as many people without even their knowledge. We even do "mass healing" at the time of natural disasters and send healing even to a whole country sometimes. Please feel free to do as much healing you wish.
