I have been giving charged serums in a water bottle to my mom everyday but she is still feeling weak

I have been giving charged water of serums to my mother everyday its includes:
Brain Serum,Keypan Serum,Immune Serum,Digee Serum,MMM & Golden Sunrise...she is still feeling very weak....What should I do so that she can regain her strength?
