VK user is himself depressed how will VK work for him without effort
If a person is not having good mental state feeling low and depressed...if that person is a vk user but there is so much stubborness inside and stuck into those situations that he doesnt feel like requesting in this case......how can vk help in this....?

Thanks for your answer...but what if that person is wearing VK but is going more down then. Anger and irritation is increasing further.
Keep wearing and wait and watch. Allow VK to work as per its own wisdom. VK may create such situations that such user will automatically start working more with VK and start healing himself/herself.
The time taken will depend on the person and the surrounding. The person may be depressed or angry not due to VK but due to circumstances.

My brother who is a VK user doesnt feel anything. On the contrary, I feel very good after wearing VK. He says that he request VK many times in a day but still he feels that nothing is working out for him. In that case he becomes more depress and starts feeling that nothing will help him in his adversity.
He is suffering a lot of tension due to being poor and not having good job. Now his condition is worst because his right hand is burnt and not doing anything for last 20 days.
Mam, please advise what needs to be done so that he starts trusting VK and it's magic. I tried many times to help him but all in vain.
Please advise which Serum I tell him to use in order to improve his hand and career.
