My friend is on probation in an IT firm and is very stressed. a) Best way to take these energies is to use them without any intention, so they work in all areas wherever it is necessary.
Sir guides in his articles like Balance Serum, it has the potential to work in 23 ways. If you don't define your intention and just take with any combination it will work in all areas required.
