  @Rakhi-Certified VK Teacher Recently I had Tooth filling and cleaning .. And after that there is sensitivity in my teeth. So along with few home remedies for sensitivity was thinking to start healing with VK.

  For teeth sensitivity, just using charged toothpaste helps. This can be done even if there is no hypersensitivity. Especially BEAUTY SERUM works on teeth too.

  @Rakhi-Certified VK Teacher One more thing .. Due to dental treatment.. my Jaw muscles around left ear became stiff .. So plz let me know serums for that also.

  Simple VO helps. Just keep VK on the pillow and sleep on that side resting your jaw or cheeks for few minutes. Pain and stiffness goes off.

  Or gently rub VK on that stiffness.

  Both above ways helped me.

  In water you can take PAIN CARE SERUM or ALL CLEAR SERUM and BALANCE SERUM if needed.

  For these treatments for teeth, Sharat Sir used to recommend to charge candies with the above energies. As you keep the candy in your mouth it keeps healing continuously.
