You can take GOLDEN SUNRISE DFEV SERUM and energy of LCZ Tablets (medicine for allergic cough) with safety and security,
Take this water every 10 min. Charge candies and have this.
I had severe cough headache few days back, and Sir suggested this combination. It worked wonderfully. i charged Vicks honey lemon candies too to have continuous energy.
If there is infection , take ZAPPER HEALING 9v 10 kHz with safety and security or MMUNE SERUM.

You can use medicine energy with VK provided you know thats exactly what you require, because VK will only mimick it.
For antibiotics, there are different antibiotics for different infections. Also many people develop resistance to antibiotics, so same antibiotics don't work for them !!
Thats how sometimes Doctors keep changing medicines till they know what suits the patient.
Many times medicines don't work if there is emotional trap. So they would not work even if given through VK. When VK mimics it will mimic what would actually happen with physical dose.
