Golden Sunrise. Case of immediate Property Sale at premium pricing
Case is like this.
Mr X purchased property from his father inlaw and his brothers at a premium price.
Mr X gifted the property to his daughter and his wife and all documentation is in place.
In the last 5 years - MR X father inlaw has passed away and also his( father-inlaws) brothers.
Mr X and his family stay in different state and the land is in different state.
Mr X put all his hard earned money in buy this property at a premium price and had no money left to develop the land.. The land is open with some trees grown.
Issue
1)Neighbours have encroached.
2) Mr X's Father-inlaw and Father in laws brothers - next generation kids are claiming rights over this property that Mr X Purchased at Premium Price.
3) negibhours and inlaws next generation kids have ganged up and are creating tension and putting pressure for money from Mr X - case of bullying and extortion - all are locally based and live very near to the property.
4) who every comes to look at this property now selling at premium are shooed away.
5) These folks are threatening to file a case of human rights, stating this is their ancestral property - not sure how is this linked to Human Rights.
6) Mr X has approached a builder however he also seem to be taking a back foot and being influenced by the next genetation kids of that father in laws family n neighbours
Solution -Mr Xs papers are correct and documented.
1)Outright Sale with Premium Pricing to a powerful person who is financially sound and has good strong connection.
This will help Mr X get immediate solution.
2 ) Go in for JV with Builder but thats a long project and Mr X will get money come in parts.

Please give SHIELD OF 7 RAYS to the property, all property owners , Mr X, all documents showing ownership.
Give ONE SOUL SERUM to Mr X, daughter , his wife and relatives of Y who are claiming without authority.
Send TOTAL WEALTH SERUM and ALL CLEAR SERUM to the property.
Request VK GOLDEN SUNRISE MAKE WAY FOR THE PROPERTY TO BE SOLD AT BEST PRICE NOW.
Do not think about the qualities of buyer,....ie infinite power or financially strong . In this way you may limit to attract buyers by putting conditions.
Some other builder may give all the money with the deal also....

If daughter or wife of X, who own the property are VK users, they can send LOVE SERUM to relatives of Y who are involved.

If the property owner have VK , then can write all names in one circle of X and Y family members, and send GOLDEN SUNRISE ONE SOUL SERUM and LOVE SERUM together by the property owner.

Latest development is
Y folks have built a fence illegally in Xs property. This will be a case of tresspass and Xs family will have to lodge a police complaint. This is mental stress for Xs family and physical stress tooo as they live in different state. How can VK help Xs family to ease this and have this harresment closed once and for all.

As i read your post, the property in question is in another state, in that case, as a part of action, one needs to post a security guard too to prevent such trespassing actions.
