I want to know that with which energies we have to use safety and security... I mean what is the base that one should use this with any energy.... How should one knows whether to add it or not

Am I able to clarify my querry now.....
When we think to consume SERUMS, GOLDEN SUNRISE, Mantras, or any safe thing we do not have unsafe thought.
But when we try to consume an energy like medicine or such things, which may have side effects there you need to add the INTENTION of safety and security and not every where.
Even that is not compulsory with VK as VK will never send any energy which negative or has fearful feeling. So take it easy and add Safety and security only when you feel need of it.
