Hi
I have two questions running around
1. There is a saying that you follow something for 21 days it becomes a habit either by allocation of time from the busy schedule. Now I am trying to do the same but it's like it starts for a day or some more days then it's gone or vanished and kept in back burner. This is been happening with me continuously and delaying the knowledge that I want to achieve. So how to use VK for the same ?
2. If I am using VK to charge multiple cups of coffee and initially I charge them all with GS, TWS, BS,. Then I take all male cup separate and charge the same with ALPHA MALE SERUM AND ROTATE 15 -18 times. Same I do for the ladies. Is it the right way as I am just charging the male and female separate at last by AMS AND AWS. ?

@Shrinath
OR VK GOLDEN SUNRISE regularise my home and work activities.
Wherever you feel to balance the time you can request accordingly.
You can also check this link on BACH FLOWER REMEDY ELM, if you feel this is 4 you, you can take its energy with VK.
For Bach flower remedy can I take it independent or something more serum to be added?
@Shrinath
You can add GOLDEN SUNRISE.
An addition to the serums and affirmations which I have been practising both materialistic and non materialistic, I started practicing mindfulness. I used to do chanting with beads or based on cars which i see in my commute and for each and every car i said that "I AM Healthy and in perfect health " and other affirmations i used and initially it used to be in doubtful mode for 5 -6 days but later i am seeing i can increase and actually it gives me better results. 60% of times i have hold VK and I can notice the changes too.
Thanks for sharing your method and experience.
Generally i dont count as focus gets onto counting rather than energy....but i loved your way of saying your affirmation while seeing cars.
Its like a game with affirmations or enjoying affirmations with reminder as a car passes by.
You have been using VK in your own creative way.
Thanks i will also do some healing like this....looking at cars
