Sir / Mam , my brother is a govt. employee. He is trying for transfer to nearby place from home from last 3 months but all in vain. Other people are getting transferred easily but my brother's case is just lingering. we are trying political approach but nothing is working in his favour. He is placed at Faridkot and the high officials ( M D) are not Willing to change his seat. But Faridkot is very far from our home town.Its affecting out family. I am requesting VK also but nothing is working in his favour. And his DM where he is working right now is so badtameez n rude that is a separate issue. Not at all co-operative to my brother. Sir / Mam please guide me what to do. I am so much demoralised and upset. How to get desired results and get rid of obstacles. Please ????????

    @Rakhi-Certified VK Teacher Mam this thing has made whole family system so upset that nothing is working in our favour from last 3 months. Sorry Mam will avoid those words now . And I am already making this request with VK. and one more All Clear Serum And GS to the transfer process to get rid of obstacles. but no positive sign still. rather office politics are increased. Where Am I wrong mam ? Impossible word I used only yesterday due to bad mood otherwise I keep myself motivated n keep chanting GS .

    Mam he is very hard working. Never taken any leave in last 4 months. He is accountant and this seat all over punjab in his department is difficult to transfer.( only with political pressure) specially " border area like Faridkot" where he is working. But other people have got them transferred by links. He is trying but koi na koi issue ban rha hai M.D. tak baat nahi ja rhi ya M.D. doesnt want to change Faridkot seat. His expenses are more than income as he is on probation this time. Koi rasta nhi dikh ha mam. I am doing my requests with VK. so I am in doubt whether I am doing right way or not. Gone through VK tips again. but...

    Generally Transfers are not given to employees on Probation. This is observed both in Govt and private sectors.

    You can follow what is guided in above comments.

    Sir has also guided not to use words like Impossible Not working

    If expenses is an issue, use TOTAL WEALTH SERUM and ALPHA MALE SERUM with the intention of increasing his wealth
    Universe has its own ways to take care. Just intend it.

    Maybe you are focusing on expenses and you feel Transfer is the only way.

    Shift your focus for his increasing wealth.

    No mam it is possible that's why he is trying. he is newly recruited. On probation he is posted 225 kms away from his home which is not in other persons case of same designation. Other transfers are going on smoothly only his case is intentionally stucked due to internal politics of his department. Living in different city costs too much mam. for eg, public transport problem not easily available to that route as it is backward area and take double the time ( 6 hrs) than in car (3hrs). and car petrol costs monthly 18k.other expenses separate . such things have totally upset his life. far away from home, no saving , and rude senior . His transfer will atleast make him save money and will come to his home daily and have some peace to his mind. office politics is everywhere I understand that is not main issue here.

    Ok mam I will keep in mind all that you have told and start afresh and hopefully come with positive results here . Thank You Mam. ???????? and will also avoid negative words.
