Child bullied at school

My kid has been getting bullied at school and community continuously.few days ago my son told a boy in the bus that he wants to pee and someone said that there is a washroom in the bus and that he can pee and he pulled his pant down and put it back on when he saw that there is no washroom in the bus and then kids started shouting do it again do it again and he did it again. And I am shattered that this has happened to him. They call him meat eater, monkey water, he hates his dad, his mom is going to slap him etc. and I am not sure how can I handle this situation because these kids are the same who live in the community and with whom my kid plays with. I am sad not knowing how to stop him getting bullied and .now with this happening, they are not going to play with him.

    Thank you @Rakhi-Certified VK Teacher mam. I have started doing this, and the story which my kid told me is so distressing. He told me that another boy pulled his pant and touched him too,my kid being 7 year old and not being as matured as other 7 year olds does not even know what has happened with him exactly. I want to heal the emotional stress going on in my family at this time. The other kid's mother she did not show slightest remorse that her kid did something really bad, she met me and was talking very casually about so many other topics, where I kept the communication minimum. The school said that the police is going to get involved as my son has informed that the other boy touched my son's private parts. I am shattered, the other boy is mean to my son right in front of my face and I live in a place where I must not say anything to the kid.
