Golden Sunrise to Sharat sir, rakhi mam and all the VK teachers.
I have a question, i am having an upcoming interview which is totally on transferable skills
I am taking energies of Sharat sir's video for job, I wanted to know can I also ask VK to mimick the understanding of the subject of interviewer for me?

    Yes you can mimick the understanding of the subject of the interviewer of the skills that need to be transferred.

    When you mimick a person's knowledge it is possible that it will help you to the extent to which the Interviewer understands or has the knowledge of particular skills
    Maybe this will help you in the current interview

    But if you wish to perform like a STAR in this field irrespective of the interview, you can request VK to help you acquire skills and knowledge to the extent that you become an EXPERT in this field.
    With this intention you will not limit yourself to the interview but wherever you use this skills and knowledge, you will go beyond expectations of the people because of your expertise.

    I have explored VK in both ways, but in my personal experience when I used VK with the intention of becoming an EXPERT, it helped me to perform better than the Seniors or more experienced people in the same field (though this was not the intention that i perform better than highly experienced people but it happened with the expertise) . VK helps for an OUTSTANDING Performance, the intention matters

    Sharing a real experience
    My elder kids have done their graduation in commerce but they got job in an IT based company where commerce has no use. They were quite new to the topic.

    They both used Study serum to learn all about their particular profile.

    They requested to VK to help them learn all about their job profile in “direct request” too.

    When they were in their training period, their intention was to learn all information required for their job. They prepared water bottle with study serum, the direct request about their wish /intention to learn all and kept drinking all time during their training period.

    Not only were they were excited to learn, even a new topic on the whole, but are performing really well.

    Every month, there is a review about performance of new joiners. Every third month they get “appreciation” tag.

    The energies are still continuing …..:)

    @Payal Jain-Certified VK Teacher and @Rakhi-Certified VK Teacher mam, I wanted to write here once things materialized, but here is how it all went, I applied for a job where there were 2 candidates and the other was selected because she applied for job earlier than me(the job was opened for 6 months and she applied 6days earlier than me)
    The other candidate first rejected the job and then negotiated and accepted the offer but never joined, meanwhile I interviewed for another position in the same company and I was told that I need more experience for that role and hence rejected. Now the HR reached out to me for the previous role that they will be reconsidering my application and last Friday verbally told me that they will be releasing offer letter soon and the HR called me again today and said they are not considering to offer me a job. But somewhere inside I still feel that I am going to get this job.

    Today was discussing your situation with Sharat Sir reading your last update.
    In discussion we went back to my healing experiences which is around 7/8 yrs back

    I was healing a person for his NEW job.
    There was an opening in a very big MNC. 200+ candidates appeared in the 1st round. I was doing healing with VK for one of the candidates. He came in 1st 50 in the first 3 rounds. And in the last round of screening, he was in the 1st 5 ....candidates list.
    My intention was he should get selected. But he was rejected in last round. The person who was with less marks got selected. The grounds of selection was not known.
    The candidate felt sad after clearing so many rounds successfully. Sir guided to send healing energies to try again. He said keep the healing intention for BEST DESERVING JOB and SURRENDER the outcome to Divine. It appeared as if dont know when will a next opportunity come. I trusted Sirs words and VK continuing the healing. After few weeks, another opportunity came and this candidate got selected after multiple screening rounds. HURRAY.
    Meanwhile we got to know that in the previous job, the person who was selected got in through high influence and not fully on his abilities.
    After more than a year, again vacancies. OPENED up in that company, the candidate who got rejected shared this. I asked him would you like to work there now since u have more experience also. The candidate said I AM DOING MY BEST and I got the BEST opportunity. There is lot of internal politics and harassment to the employees where I got rejected.

    Keep healing.
    You never know it could be the same place for a great profile that you are trying now or it could be another place where you get a fulfilling job

    Trust that VK will get you the BEST and keep healing with the intention for a BEST DESERVING JOB and where you are VALUED
    Sir guides us not to get ATTACHED to the outcome and LEAVE it for VK to work.

    Thank you so much for this @Rakhi-Certified VK Teacher mam this story is so inspiring, yesterday I was sad for sometime but then I suddenly I said “jo hota hai ache ke lie hota hai” I just blurted out loud it was not even in my thoughts but I picked up the guidance and I am content since then and believing that something nice is on the way.

    @Rakhi-Certified VK Teacher mam I forgot to mention one positive incident which happened. Let’s say that the first job opportunity title was title A and second was title E For some reason I was giving one soul serum and love serum to my interviewer when I was being interviewed for the E opportunity, though she rejected me but she told the A opportunity interviewers that Vasudha may not be a good fit for her role (role E) but I will be good fit for the role A. That was the reason they approached me and reconsidered for the opportunity A

    OSS is not required in interviews.
    Its good that the interviewer saw your capabilities for some profile
    Trust in your abilities and Divine wish and the BEST will comes to you. Continue healing with SURRENDER for a great job profile .
