Post operation care
Namaskar Sir,
I met an accident and my left knee ligament surgery has been done. Since then I'm in deep pain with limited movements, high sugar and sleepless nights.
I'm doing vob above the bandage with Golden Sunrise.kindly advise me if anything else I need to do.

Along with the VOB, take pain care serum, rescue remedy, and perfect health serum in water as much as possible. BLESSING TO YOUR FAST RECOVERY.
It's great that you're using Golden Sunrise, but I'd definitely recommend checking in with your doctor to make sure you're following the right recovery plan
For the knee, you could add in “Stability” for extra support on the ligament healing
What else should I do with VK? Should I do psysic surgery on my knee?
