Hi mentors
I had told my vk that i should see a black cat if i don't get any complications in my pregnancy ( i am 24weeks pregnant) and I did not see a black cat in 24 hours.Dont know why I felt like asking this question.I do understand that the same question cannot be asked frequently so what serums should I give so that things turn in my favour .I have read vk tip for pregnancy and follow as per need basis but which serum in particular should I be giving to avoid complications
2) also what serums can be given regularly along with PHS to a four year old for a suspected autoinflammatory condition that leads to high grade fever(106-107) every 4-6 weeks.During fever flares I do vob head, Dfev serum ,MMM etc but to avoid n resolve what can be given in particular

The english wordings are incorrect in asking sign
Seeing a black cat if i dont get get any pregnancy. This is not a sign request but a future conditional request.
Additionally while trying to know if there would be complications one may end up complications by law of attraction.
A better way is to focus and request on easy healthy delivery and baby
