Job : I want to change my night shift timing in my current job
Dear respected Sharath sir and mentors,
I'm very much immense and thank full for you guys and VK.
I had many experience in my daily life and I became a good pal with VK. He understands me and give me a solution or either help me to fix things.
Now: I am facing a big challenge in my job. As I'm doing night shift it is hampering my day to day life and because of that I am not able to cope up with regular work at home for my family.
My baby is crying for me in the night time and I really miss to be with her. She is missing me all the nights and I am sad about it.
I want your guidance to give me a switch word to change my night shift timings in my current job itself like 3.00pm to 12.00am timings.
Because I like my work in the current job.
If I go to my superior for this request he must approve rather than rejecting my request.
Pl help me sir to cross this tough situation.

My Dear VK please make way for my job in afternoon shift. Please help me to be with my baby in the mornings and whole nite.
Do some magic that i get a change in shift timings where i can comfortably do my job and take good care of my baby
Yes I'm doing that all the day but I'm not getting that courage to talk with my superior.
