  • @mahaveerchauhan28_ Weight loss or gain is process where you can't guess a certain time limit. Someone can loss 10 kg in 2 month while someone take 10 month or year.

    The most important factor is Perfect health and Body weight balance. One should keep track of habits, routines, balanced diet and workout all together to reach their BMI Goal.

    I have seen many person who follow their lazy daily routines, eating lots of junk food & oily food and they complain for increasing weight.
