Taste and smell

Can some one please help and advise if there is any switch word or any other help that I can get to get my sense of smell and taste back ? It’s been almost 1 year since I lost both sense of smell and my taste due to a very mild covid .I’m at my end and depressed due to this problem ! Please can some one help me ? ????
