Activate vision board and power symbols (Naran sir)

Dear Sir,

How can I activate my vision board. It's a virtual vison board made on my ofc laptop and have kept as my screen saver.

And I had taken course on power symbols from Naran sir.

I wish to relocate to USA with my husband and son and both vision board and power symbols are made for that only.

We were in USA 5 yrs back due to my husband's onsite project, but my in laws made us come back.

I wish he gets the long-term project again in the USA. I really loved being there and mind keeps going back to the place.

There is another issue on which I need help:-

I stay in a joint family and my husband is total momma's boy and I am unable to get along with my in-laws and that has strained relationship with husband as well.

We were very close to each other in US but after coming back.. it is only abt his parents.
I am supposed to sacrifice everything for them.

Just to give eg I am citing few issues:-

His mom doesn't let us spend time together as well, not even gng to restaurants or small vacation even on our bday or anniversary. After having kid we are anyway not finding any time for ourselves and my in laws are just adding fire to the fuel.

I cannot pursue any hobbies for myself. I like working out or dancing but that also is creating fights saying m self centred person.

My husband keeps comparing me with my mom in law. How she handles house and maintains it better than me.

I already feel exhausted due to demanding office job , small kid and house to handle but anything goes wrong in the house I am the only blamed and shamed that I couldn't handle things.. and I shd be able to handle kitchen, cleaning and kid and job all by myself without making any mistakes.
