When we need to connect to Angelic Realm one need to get attuned by Masters for this connection.
If someone is VK user they can just do this with simple request and sit quietly for some time to receive it.
Your question is what are the benefits of connection I ask you how you will feel when you are connected with your deity you worship. What kind of feeling is when child ask something from parents and child receive it.

I wish to add here that one doesnt need any attunement to connect with angels. Nowadays people are minting money by telling you that they are attuning you for angelic realm.
Angels are around you, their realm extends to your aura.
I never took any attunement but i feel connected to angels since many years.
Beware of such people who are misguiding you for such attunements.
