How can I heal my brain and body fully?
Dear mentors,
MEDICAL HISTORY-I had a stroke at the age of 9, which was then diagnosed. Some of the brain damage is still left. I took medication for 3-4years.Now I don't take any of them. I felt a sensory loss in the FIRST DAYS OR MONTH in the right side of body.. But now it's just diminishingly noticeable but my right eye looks a bit droopy. I also have a vision field loss after the stroke in RIGHT HAND SIDE OF BOTH THE EYES
Also after some two or three years after stroke I started noticing some face and body asymmetry(left side of the body was not growing as much as right side both bones and muscles), WHICH BECAME WORSE WITH MY GROWTH but I can't explain it's reason...
PLEASE HELP ME CORRECT THIS SITUATION OF BODY AND FAcE ASYMMETRY AND HEAL MY BRAIN AND VISION FEILD FULLY AND ALL MENTION PROBLEMS

affected the right side of body(as left brain controls right side body), but still I don't know if it is due to stroke or something else my left side of body showed lesser growth than right which is fine in terms of growth

Both ways are effective. May be you are feeling more connected to VK when you do directly .
If you feel to use a particular way you can use it.
The paper merhod is suggested for an easy posture while doing VOB.
There is no restriction on time. You can increase with your convenience. You can do it for 5 to 10 min multiple times in a day with ease or you can do VOB for a longer time in one go.
Check your conveniece as you have to do VOB daily.

VK Sister Rakhi I'm writing you back about this "VK GOLDEN SUNRISE BLESS ME A HEALTHY BODY NOW FOREVER".I don't understand this "NOW FOREVER".In the VK manual Master Sharat says VK emits for 30 minutes and we have to request every 30 minutes for VK to continue emitting. Can we have VK to send energies FOR EVER ? Please help me understand this.

When you think of "LONG TIME" , you would be giving a Signal of Delay.

Here there are 2 concepts One is how VK sends energy and second is our own thoughts.
When VK sends energy after your request....imagine an imaginary Reservoir created in the Universe for the Receiver....After you place a request for a Receiver say with name XYZ....VK starts sending energy ...now think that these energies are getting collected in this Imaginary Reservoir.
If blessings of health was requested for XYZ....The energy starts flowing from this Reservoir to XYZ from a tap in this Reservoir.
If the person is having lesser health problems....maybe he would need energy sent equivalent to 5 min . So the remaining energy is preserved in this Reservoir ....if you continued the healing for 30 min.
The remaining energy will be transferred to this Receivoir as an when required....even without your request at a later time. So maybe this energy flows to XYZ till its consumed....it can be a week or fortnight or month....based on his health profile. So you may see the person healthy even if u dont request again.
Now think if XYZ is more sick....so all the energy which is getting filled in Reservoir duration the 30 min is also being consumed. It may happen that the Reservoir is empty ....still the person is sick....because the energy needs are higher....

I could not use VK for some last 30 days because I had gone out of station and accidentally left it at home.
Now as my colleges have started I have a very busy schedule.. I many a time forget to take my charged bottle with me(and many times also forget to charge in the morning) and sometimes when I have meeting(I am doing a part time job) I can't have take the bottle there for at least 5-6 hours.. I am doing VOB and affirming at least 15 minutes a day but can't seem to cope the bottle part up with my schedule which is now gonna be busier and more complicated as I am gonna join some music classes..

I'm done with my healing for ent issues they are pretty manageable now...now only BS and so7r to singing skills
So I want to focus on this part ,this tym with patience
I've already said some issues
But have noticed some more issues like one leg shorter (a person massaging me said)
One shoulder sometimes looks higher (on the smaller looking side of the body left side)
Left side jawline looks lower
And also while sitting I sometimes feel discomfort and trash posture with imbalance
