I'm Lost as to what to do Lumber pain Fibroid Bipolar healing
Golden Sunrise Sharat Sir and to all!!
If it is possible and without taking away any kind of credit and understanding from the teachers, I would like Sharat Sir to help me in this request.
After days of searching on your website, Facebook and the forum and not finding what I was looking for, I found a teacher's advice that if you do not find what you want to ask Vk, and that's what I did. I do not know how, but I went directly to the Whatsapp of Sharat Sir because the intention was that he will answer me, so I ask if Sharat Sir can attend me.
The problem I have is that I am mentally and physically unbalanced and sometimes spiritually too.
I have been bipolar since I was a child and was diagnosed in my thirties. I used to have highs and lows throughout the day but since I started treatment it is more of a continuous depression. I have been since that age, around 30 without going out at night because I had no energy, my husband today back then my boyfriend which is five years younger than me well imaginea happy person who likes to sing dance etc.. stop doing almost everything because of me. The effects of being bipolar are many as you well know and that are physical as well as mentally and emotionally.
I am constantly sleepy, tired, barely can speak at times, lack of concentration, lack of memory etc. etc.
My physical side is also out of control. I have two protrusions in my back that left me bed bound for one year and wasn't sure I was going to walk again. I can walk and blessed for it but can mo longer jog, do yoga, pilates etc unless it's under special supervision . Besides the sciatic and lumbar region pain sometimes my leg would lose strength and I'd simply fall. After happening in the street a couple of times I totally stopped foung outside, unless it was strictly necessary to go to the doctor. It's been 4 years now that I have been homebound.
Apart from my back I have fibroids, my uterus is in my belly, and I have all kinds of physical problems.
This makes me unable to work, and it's a very complicated situation since my husband hasn't had a steady job for 10 years. This makes everything much worse.
The spiritual state is what I carry best but I have to fight often with my thoughts so as not to fall into the temptation of taking my life. Through The Law of Attraction I learned to be attentive to my thoughts and words so when something negative comes to mind I quickly change it to an image, an affirmation or a memory that makes me laugh or feel good. Doing this daily and constantly sometimes makes me more tired all the way through so I take 4 days or a week of sleep (with pills) to quiet my mind. I still talk in a positive way, and I tend to be positive even if it doesn't seem that way with everything I'm telling you. It is difficult to explain, but it is so.
I knew that my mind and my body could not continue like this much longer and that is when I said "I need a solution and I need it now". This is when VK appeared in my life less than a month ago.
I had no idea how I was going to pay for it, but a friend gave it to me as a present less than 24 hrs. Saying Golden Sunrise, and I accepted it in spite of everything because before I had it, my VK already told me that it was mine and that it was on its way.
In order not to prolong this more than what is already my question to Sharat Sir is simply
"what do I do?"
Here in the forum I found everything for all kinds of problems but I dont know what to use or how to use it when the problems are many in health, mind and wealth. I must say I have been blessed in love to me the most important of all. But this type of life... illnesses, lack of money to earn minimal well etc takes a tole on anyone. It is do to this that I humbly ask for your help and wish that it is not too complicated to carry out.
I ask your forgiveness for such a long "book" and I thank you in advance for your help.
Who knows, maybe there are other people in a similar situation and if you answer, it will help us all, although I hope there is no one else in a situation like mine, and for the record, I know there are people who are much worse off.
