Need URGENT Help to cure Mental Disease.
Hello Respected Sharat Sir & all VK teachers,
I am having severe OCD
and its getting worse day by day. Everytime my mind is obessed with repetitive negative thoughts only. I am not able to concentrate on an anything such as on JOB & my family.
Sometimes getting suicidal thoughts as well.
I am really confused. Not able to understand what to do.
Could you please suggest or help with any cosmic serum or with any type of method which helps to cure OCD and I shall live Happy, joyful & peaceful life.
