Infection in lower abdomen

I have a pinch like pain in my lower abdomen on left side from many months.in urine test it showed increase in pus cells in urine. I am trying doing vob , water charging with GS,balance serum pain care serum ,keypen serum ,all clear serum and also doing direct request to vk 6 -7 times in a day. The intensity of pain has reduced a little bit and now sometimes I am feeling that pinch when I get up from sitting position.
Please advice how should I cure it 100 percent.
