Chargeing water doubts

Dear Mentors I have small doubt in some articals I have seen that people are suggesting to send balance Serum to chakras also in one my favourite post Rakhi Mam suggested to send beauty serum to our problem solving ability
What I want to ask is can i charge water with these types of things
Like chargeing water with beauty serum to my problem solving skills or Balance Serum to my chakras
Or
Beauty serum to my problem solving abilities
Beauty serum to my communication skills
Can I charge water with same serum (beauty serum) for different purposes
