How to get relief in back pain

Last year my mother was fell down. At that time, she got injured in her back and with some spinal injury. She has pain in her back and legs. As of now, she is better but still has pain. Plz guide me what serums should I give her to get relief. Today I charged a water bottle with only pain care serum. If any other serum needs to add, plz tell me.

    I need to know one thing more. While charging the water, first need to charge with PCS and gap of 5 mins,then Local VOB..is it the right way?? Or can do direct? Like GS PCS and local VOB now and forever?? @SharatSir

    You cannot charge water with VOB.

    VOB is vital organ balancing process with VK where you send continuous energy on organ through VK.

    Please check articles on VOB on litairian website for procedure. You will get articles on what is VOB , easy methods of doing VOB....

    To send VOB to a person at distant place should I write name of a person on the paper and rotate vk on it? Or any other method if you can suggest

    If you use keyword VOB on litairian website you will get an article on easy ways of doing VOB
    You must get into reading articles on website. You will not get these procedural questions.
