When i do pranic healing manually i.e with hand patient feels 50% to sometime 90% immediate relief in case of general diseases.

Different VK users have shared experiences with different methods for same issues.
Understand VK is a practical healing tool. The more you explore VK the more you will learn.
For headache relief sometimes i just rub VK on head. Sometimes it happens with water charged with pain care serum sometimes it just happens by mimicking energy of Anulom vilom through a direct request.
So can you decide which method is better?
I am using VK for more than 4 yrs but i never focused on methods or procedures. Follow your inner guidance and keep experimenting. You will be amazed with VK as you practise it more.
VK is such a simple healing tool yet with so much diversity.
Even children below 5 yrs of age are using VK. They do not know any procedures. They are not reading litairian forum. Can you think how they are still using VK to heal their own stomach ache.
Because children are innocent and VK follows pure intentions. In your multiple posts i felt your focus is more on which procedure is effective. So i thought to give you this example of a child.
Please do not engage yourself in procedures. Use VK like a child.
Yes there are many VK users who just talk to VK like a child and get results.

I will only say you need more and more practice to get your answers. There is no end to questions on procedures. You may choose your ways to learn.
