Audio Effects Intentions, I felt vibrations and energy listening to optic nerve video with VK
Golden Sunrise,
In addition to Sharath Sir's audio, listen to Brainwave Entrainment/Binaural/IsoChronic audio. Previously I listened, but found no effects. After I got my VK, notice tremendous vibrations/energy when listening to audio.
My question is do I need to intend "With Safety and Sevurity" when listening to the mentioned audio/videos (e.g. Improve Optic Nerve …. drastically), etc. When I listened to the Optic nerve audio, felt vibrations in the optic nerve area. Is it safe to listen to these audio/videos as it is or do I intend "With Safety and Sevurity". Kindly guide.
