I would like to ask what combination shall I take for acid reflux and also acidity..
sometime I do get confused my dizziness is due to sinus or acid reflux or my mind...
Morning especially when I wake up I will feel dizzy and the ears will be blocked as well. Usually i will feel my forehead...the top of my head...the back of head heavy...even my cheeks...my eyes feel heavy.
So far I am following all your advise.
As for my stomach I used to send direct request. Is that okay madam? Or do I need to do

Your heaviness may be due to both reasons.
In addition to what is guided to you earlier
Charge water with ENT SERUM, ORANGE COLOR with safety and security, BALANCE SERUM and ALL CLEAR SERUM, GOLDEN SUNRISE
Inhale fumes of this water. You can charge water either when its hot or cold. Take this water in vessel or in a steam inhaler.
Inhale these fumes atleast 2 or 3 times in a day, you will feel better.

I have been taking ENT serum...BS and ACS for my sinus...but i am having severe ear block...the whole head feels tight and also my whole face is very painful...this results in severe headache...i did EFT to my ears but still I could not resolve the problem
You can add ORANGE COLOR energy with safety and security.

I did as you said and feeling better. Bt now my problem is the acidity again...past few days it had become bad. My stomach ia bloated...feeling dizzy...sometimes vision a little blurry...vomiting..chest congestion...one doctor says acidity is quite high...and i gt a second opinion and this doc says hiatal hernia...I am so confused...This acid reflux is inducing fear in me. Since I am confused can I do PS for hiatal hernia? Hiatal hernia is the weakened of the sphincter right madam?

Please continue healing already suggested to you earlier for acidity. Follow the VK Tips wherever required
And you need to do any healing with patience. Mental healing should be done atleast for 3 months and even upto 6 months as required without any second thought as guided by Sir.

I have been doing all mentioned healing for sinus but it is getting worse. I am always suffering from chest congestion amd blocked nose. Breathing is quite hard. In fact today i have to go on a nebulizer. What else can I do to get relief from this?
