I would like to ask what combination shall I take for acid reflux and also acidity..
sometime I do get confused my dizziness is due to sinus or acid reflux or my mind...
Morning especially when I wake up I will feel dizzy and the ears will be blocked as well. Usually i will feel my forehead...the top of my head...the back of head heavy...even my cheeks...my eyes feel heavy.
So far I am following all your advise.
As for my stomach I used to send direct request. Is that okay madam? Or do I need to do

GOLDEN SUNRISE. If there is sinusitis and deviated nasal septum, it may require surgical repair. Maybe Septoplasty or other process with help of a doctor.
You may explore mimicking Septoplasty with safety and security. And also seek doctors advise whenever there is a need.

@"Rakhi-Certified VK Teacher" Madam...i did consult ENT doctor...at the moment he said surgery is not required and put me on medication first...He also added that my acid reflux could be triggering my sinus as well.
Its good to know that you dont require surgery.
When requesting VK for any surgery effect one can just request EFFECT of the surgery with safety and security.
No need to activate surgery in request.
There could be Vatt Pitta Kapha imbalance in your case as you have both acidity and sinus.

There is one suggestion as it worked for one of my client ...EFT Session to respiratory organs .Lot of times some blockaged emotions disturb us in different ways .Hope it helps you.

You can use EFT for acidity also.
