thanks for answering all my questions if i ask for a perfect body by direct request how does it know what i want? as opposed to going by a picture which i have not done before or know how to, do i place it on the picture?

You can put that in your intention while you request to VK about your desired perfect body
OR
Allow VK to use its wisdom to give you what is good, by simply requesting a perfect body without more thoughts
