Vital organ balancing for Negative Emotions
If we want to release anger and other related negative emotions and if we want to do VOB for this...where shall that be done..?
One more thing...for anger we need to use calm down serum, although i read the article again...my question is whether CDS only suppresses and reduces anger or it release the anger.

To release negative emotions, you can do VOB for Heart Chakra and other body parts where the anger or negative emotions are trapped or showing symptoms.
For any Cosmic Serum, it does not suppress any issue, it works to heal the person and make the person happy.
If the healing is continued , the negative emotions will be reducing. And if the mental healing is continued WITH PATIENCE AND WITHOUT ANALYSIS for at least 3 to 6 months, the person will be able to release the anger.
If there is too much analysis by the VK user for self healing, it would add to more energy requirement !!!
Sometimes even a simple request like
Vk please release jealousy / grief/ apathy etc
works very well and gives very fast results.
You can hold VK and say " Vk Please Release anger" thrice and keep Vk on a name /pic.
You can intend for the particular situation or person as a person may be angry with someone or about a particular situation.
Please continue with serums and Vital organ balancing for mental healing as Rakhi maam has guided as they work on so many levels.

Request in your own words to release all these emotions either single or together.
These direct requests would work more effectively for people who get these emotions once in a while. For people who have these emotions in them for long time, may require this request repeatedly.
if these emotions are since long time, is easy to use Serums already suggested to you.
