I HAD STRUCT MONEY I HADE MADE AN EC AND DAILT CHARGES IT WITH SR AND ACS AS GUIDED. ONE OF THE PERSON HAD GIVEN ME CHEQUE I PRESENTED THE CHEQUE AND WAS IN MY MIND WAS SENDING GS TO THE CHEQUE I ALSO REQ TO C THAT CHEQUE IS CLEARED SEVERAL TIMES . BUT TODAY THE CHEQUE BOUNCED

I hope you know about Sec 138 of Negotiable Instrument Act, if a cheque is presented within the validity period and if it bounces, you can send a legal notice to the Payee within 30 days of receipt of information from the bank about the dishonour of the cheque.
If within 15 days of receiving the legal notice, the payee doesn't pay , you can file a case against the payee.
Do consider this option as this is in your favour.
You can send GOLDEN SUNRISE to the legal notice and all proceedings to recover your cheque amount. I think the proceeding expenses can also be reimbursed later.
You can continue with the EC healing too....as guided by Sir.
