How to make team successful
I have a team in India who works for other countries... some colleagues not performing and keep on getting not so good feedback... I want to improve the productivity and performance of team.. also I want them to be joyful always... For this planning to create EC like... GOLDEN SUNRISE. XYZ team is always having very good productivity, performance and efficiency; and they are always joyful NOW and FOREVER... any additional suggestions welcome ????
