If I charge a water bottle and consume in 8 doses, will 8 doses equal to 4 hours energy healing session???plz reply

One sip at one time is one dose. You may not be able to calculate the energy in hours limit. ie one dose will give you 4 hours of energy cannot be predicted. You keep consuming the energy, results will come up on its own.
