I tried using VK to receive the energy of reiki and pranayam but no response

I tried using VK last nite to recieve energy of pranayam anulom-vilom method holding VK in my hand and saying anulom vilom 3 times after that placing VK on my chest meditated for some time...nothing happend...then I tried same method but this time request was for kundalini reiki...same method...but no response from VK...why is it so? Do i have to do some clearing before trying those healing methods like the pranayam or reiki?

What effect were you expecting from anulom - vilom and kundalini reiki ?
I was expecting the effect of the actual pranayam or reiki.Like as if i have done it my body feels it
or a surge of energy in my body

Please answer the question what effect was expected in Anulom Vilom and Kundalini .
Answer specifically what it means by term ACTUAL effect.....
Actual meaning like feeling of increased supply of oxygen in the body a person feels calm and peaceful as for kundalini reiki feeling of opening up of all the chakras there is energy surge in all the cakras
Golden Sunrise @ Dave, I would like to intervene in your very interesting discussions.
I appreciate if you have achieved such levels in meditation, but it is not a general sensation to feel the Chakras opening or getting activated. Rakhi's quest is please explain what makes you know that your chakras (and which chakra) is opening. Also, how do you discriminate an increased supply of oxygen. We would be very pleased to learn your knowledge.
Golden Sunrise Sanjay sir,my perception was when i read the VK manual when we say the word anulom vilom pranayam 3x and place the VK on our chest my body will get the feeling of that type of pranayam or same goes for the kundalini reiki...as its mimicking so does the practitioner gets that same feeling? coz in the manual it says rather than spending long hours on doing the actual thing with VK you can experince the same thing.
Dear @Dave ji, you are very right in your perception but please do not incline to your conception. As per the manual, effects are surely same, you can only identify it when you know it rightly. Please understand, suppose you know Chocolate is very sweet and you tend to try a dark chocolate. Your perception says it is sweet and following that you conceive that is should be sweet as honey. Now, Dark Chocolates are less sweet and with a tinch of bitterness. So when you eat the Chocolate, you get disappointed because your mind has already conceived it as sweet as honey.
Using VK, please leave your conceptions, because now you are dwelling in the world of energies which is generally unknown to commoners. Reason being the same, I asked you the question in my above post. I presume that you know about Chakras and spiritual experiences, but please wait till you have one. Anulom-Vilom is a Paranayam of Yoga. It is the process which supplies Prana to your body system. But we are not so elevated as yet to know if we are getting a such and such amount of oxygen or our Chakras are being activated. Moreover, exercises are a daily routine, so why should be expect a miracle to happen by just doing it once? Leaving aside, our conceptions, when we practice the process through VK, again and again, we start feeling the effects and they are magical. Question yourself that Did your physiotherapist healed your cervical in one day? Why do we require to have medicines for 5 days in case of Viral fever? and do we get the effect of a Yoga exercise, if we are a novice in Yoga?
I am sure you will find satisfactory results when you will stop looking for results even before you are conversant to the process.

So in the meantime what spiritual exercises you suggest which are the basic ones I should start with thru VK in order to slowly get this spiritual experience?...and no I have not experienced any spiritual things on the contrary I want to experience it one of the reasons I got this VK is also for this area.
Like in one of ur explaination you had written that you had out of body experience around 3 times thats awesome I want to experience such things.

With high regards to Sanjay Sir, i would like to post something for you and all the VK users who are reading this post.
Mr Dev you have manifested very high sales in your retail stores, just with a simple request to VK one morning. By evening you have seen so many clients and you crossed your daily sales target wonderfully more than 150 % that you usually have....as mentioned on call.
You said you were sure it was due to VK request and you were really happy about it.
Feeling VK is what many VK users are curious to know. Some get curious to the extent that they get anxiety.... why don't we feel VK with our sensory organs i.e. sight touch taste smell sound.
We pray to Divine, we get many things . We are immersed in happiness when our prayers are heard. The happiness or joy causes a very high frequency vibration in our body and mind and even at soul level, there is peace.
So we feel DIVINE presence through happy emotions. Feeling of emotions is also feeling Divine presence.
So why do we want to feel VK only with our senses or energy centres, is it not equally good to feel with emotions.
Is feeling high energy in meditation the best way to feel spirituality .
If we bring happiness to people by healing them out of pain , sadness , anxiety, distress. Is it not spirituality. Seeing a smile on someones face, seeing a person sleep without pain, seeing people in harmonious relation through VK, is it not spirituality.
Why do we seek to have same experiences as others and feel incomplete if we don't get those experiences?
Every person is unique and is gifted divinely to create something, which is special to each one.
VK lifts you at soul level as you get aligned to it.
Enjoy the journey and enjoy the changes in the journey. Someone said Success is not in the goal post , Success is what you go through in the journey.
Don't keep a spiritual goal, don't put limitations on spirituality. Just enjoy the journey.
If i look back, i don't believe i am the same person 2.5 yrs back , when VK was no where around.
Sanjay Sir you are the first VK user after Sharat Sir and you have been his student and been a part of experiments of VK before it was launched. i am also waiting for your answer on this question of experiencing spirituality.

Dear @Dev ji, As Rakhi ji, said, Spiritual Experience is totally exclusive and personal. Everyone has his own experience and feel of it. It is because Spirituality is the ascent of one's soul and how it enlightens, is a very personal experience. As I was giving examples, I love Chinese.....its my taste, but it is not necessary that You love it too. In the same way, what is my feeling with my soul cannot be your's.
There is no "in the Meantime"as you expect. Its today and now. If you want a spiritual experience, ask for it from your soul. You don't have to go elsewhere. Just go inside and See yourself. This meeting is your spiritual experience. I am sure you understand Hindi Mr. Chugani. Let me recite how I feel :

Mai Sirf tha, Khud Ke Saath Mei,

You may start it by Anulom-Vilom energies, but what I request is your Patience. Yogis practice for years to get into this bliss. How do you expect it with a snap of fingers? Please value this state of ecstacy. Be patient, and practice. You will feel the difference and your very own experience of Spirituality. We all look forward to it.
