Change in Job Role
Currently the job role in which I am working I m not getting much growth and learnings. I want to take internal movement from this role and I am the only resource who is taking care of all the work, so dependency on me. I want to convince my boss so that he allows me to move to another role happily. I want to speak to him regarding this but also fear if he doesn't allow and later on have rude behavior.
Kindly suggest what all to do to shift to a good role, save my job and things happen very smoothly.

Do not attract rudeness of superiors by thinking about it.
