I have headache from last 6 hours I m wearing vk give pain care serum+balance serum+all clear serum but still headache

If you have cold and cough, pl take DFEV SERUM + ENT SERUM only every 10 min

If not, pl take DIGEE SERUM only every 10 min

I have headache since evening. Gave myself digee Serum, balance serum. No relief. Also tried other given by Puneetji... No relief... How to get the real root cause to heal the headache?

I tried doing Aura Flush and Balance Serum... With this headache started reducing slowly now it's healed 90%. My question is how to identify the root cause of any issues to heal it faster.
