Solution for Insomnia using VK

Can you please suggest me any quick ways to get to sleep with the help of VK?

You can take BRAIN SERUM + CALM DOWN SERUM for insomnia.

You can also request VK for a POWER NAP WITH DEEP SLEEP NOW FOR 6 hrs (Or number of hrs you want) and GET UP FRESH AT 7 AM (time)

Only on that day I had a sound sleep. Last few days again I am unable to sleep. Tried the same requests to VK multiple times. But not been successful getting sleep. Not sure what's going on. Thank you for any help.

I had similar issue and simple request daily night "Divine VK please activate deep sleep now" three times and it takes anywhere b/w 10-30 mins. Each day it's different because we spend our energies differently so our body-mind-soul requires different duration. Before requesting VK, i take three deep breaths and free the body completely then request VK after that i chant GOLDEN SUNRISE or other mantras which takes me to deep sleep.

Also analyse why this insomnia, whats troubling you? Heal that condition too.
