Dear @Dolly, There are numerous amazing modalities and ways of healing in the area of holistic treatment which are effective and interesting. On one side, it is really exciting to learn about them, but on the other hand, don't you think, too many ways may get you lost?
Let me tell you a real life incident. Some time ago, I was having my lunch, when one of my NRI acquaintance visited me. I was too hungry to abandon my lunch so I requested for some food for him too, while I continued. Now, he was settled in States and thus was surprised to see me eating rice and dal, using my hands. He could not resist and asked me "Why don't you use a spoon to eat ?" I was instant to reply "Why...? with spoon, will it go somewhere else instead of my stomach?" being hilarious apart, I narrated this because like my friend fancied to eat with spoon or fork or whatever but what was important is to Eat comfortably. Likewise, in healing there are hundreds of ways and techniques but VK does all with ease. Then why is the need that we try VK to do it in a particular style, when it does it just by your simple affirmation? This was my point of view.
For your knowledge, Pranic Healing is healing through Prana. Prana is the Life force. The science behind the technique is that if the "Prana" is energized, the "Shareera"(Body) is healthy, Various sources of prana viz Jal, Vayu, Prithivi are utilized to heal and balance the Congestion or Depletion of Energy. Energies of various herbs, nature & environment may also be utilized life force for such healing.
Look at it in the other way; Naturopathy balances the Acidic & Alkaline, Ayurveda balances the Kapha, Vata & Pitta and so on. In all cases we may see an energetic congestion or depletion in a body.....balance it and everything is cured.
Maximum energetic congestion can be cured just by affirming Balance Serum through VK. But if you want to use Pranic, you just have to request VK to cure such & such disease or imbalance through Pranic Healing and VK will cure it likewise.
Moral of my explanation is that if you just focus on VK and its basic processes, as prescribed by Sharat Sir, its my belief, you will never need to choose any other technique.
Choice is yours.

With due regards to your urge for knowledge and curiosity,
I would also like to put my views here off the topic, i personally feel we should look out for solutions for our problems. We should not think that there are some healing techniques so where do we apply them.
Healing therapies are flooded on internet, everyday we see new techniques or old techniques with a new face values.
By law of attraction if we look out for applications of new therapies , one may attract those problems by Law of Attraction.
As Sanjay Sir mentioned explore VK with simplicity and get wonderful experiences !!

If you subscribe then you will get emails. Many times there are mass mailing also to promote. Its very common nowadays to receive emails on healing, marketing, home loans , offers ....
you can please go by your inner guidance.
" Mukesh you are surrounded by huge negative energy, I will do ( name of some process) , your whole life will be changed, you will get huge amount. " etc.

Oh this is so common , its a marketing gimmick.
