How to use LOVE SERUM

I am a new user of VK. I have few queries-
1) what is EC every circle
2) can I use LOVE SERUM on non holder of VK to improve relationship with the other
3) to improve relationship I have written the name of the person on paper. Do I rotate over the name 3 times and then keep or first keep and then recite the serums
4) which is the correct way of reciting
Golden sunrise x 3
All clear serum x 3
Love serum x 3
Or
(Golden sunrise+all clear serum+love serum) x 3 times.

1. Energy circle is a circle which has name of energy names written within the circle with or without energy receivers name. Name of Cosmic serums should NOT be written in an EC.
2. Yes LOVE SERUM can be used by VK users to improve their own relationships irrespective of the receiver being a VK user or not being a VK user.
3. You can recite the name and keep VK on name or you can keep VK and while touching it recite the energy names.
4. Both the ways are correct. Only don't say plus between the energy names !

For LOVE SERUM, you don't need an EC , just write the name of receiver on paper. Please check the links for more understanding.

I hve made an EC n written my husbands name on it, n I hold Vk on top of the ec n say love serum all clear serum n anti addiction serum three times n place Vk ... is that the rite way to do it n the combination r correry?
