Not able to repair seepage on the ceiling, what to do?

Hi..plz help. There is unknown seepage on the ceiling got it repair many times still it comes bck even worker is not able to find out is there any way to find out with vk. Thanks

If the seepage is continuous and does not get repaired inspite of multiple treatments, it could be Geo-pathic stress.
