How do you balance the cash flow into the account and going out.

You can use SHIELD OF 7 RAYS with VK.
Just say VK PLEASE GIVE SHIELD OF 7 RAYS TO ALL MY BANK ACCOUNTS.
Say this thrice in one go.

This will help in guiding to spend wisely and open ways so that the account remains replinished.
