Your question is not clear. Please clarify with example
No problem if anybody drinks the charged water meant for other. This charged water will help who needs that energy otherwise it will just bypass. This is the safety feature of VK.

The other person if he has that addiction will also benefit. If he doesn't have that addiction , it will not matter as Anit advised.
