Coupling my knowledge on medical science and VK experiences , i would like to share my views here.

When any virus gets into the body, body has its own immune system to fight. But when the attack is high or the body is already weak, the Immune system gets compromised. This manifests in single or more organs getting affected and manifesting in specific organ or multiple organ symptoms.

So the first thing would be to prepare a PREVENTIVE FIRST AID BOX ready in our body and BUILD A PROTECTION Around ourselves..... When the Virus attacks, there is a system already in place to take care.

There are 2 such energies that can be used with VK regularly or say by default irrespective of such situations.

SHIELD OF 7 RAYS : When we are weak or unprotected, anything or everything in the surrounding or environment would be ready to attack us as we are prone to get affected by such things.

So lets protect ourselves with SHIELD OF 7 RAYS daily and frequently.

Immune Serum is a combination of energies which boosts immune system.

Regarding your question on at what stage we are....its like thinking about the illness and attracting it even if it isn't there.

With VK you can use above energies and allow the energies to work for good, whether the virus is there or not. Please just focus on raising your protection and immune system.

Thank you Rakhi for that good information!! I am very happy to hear that i am working with the elimination wording correctly so far!! That is goooood!

I FEEL (intuitively) that the cosmic serums are wonderful and very powerful but i think my head gets in the way and questions that something that seems so broad can than go and do things so specifically??
Where does intention come in with this? I need to understand that a little better about intention when using VK - i think there is an article on that i will find it and see if that helps? Do you need to use VK and let's say Flab Down Seurm with the specific intention of it fixing a thyroid problem (assuming that is what is out of balance) for it to be more effective on the thyroid its self instead of the broadness of it helping you trim down a few inches around your waist line?

Also getting to the root cause of illnesses instead of just treating the symptoms. What about when you don't know what your diagnosis is?? I don't go to the doctors and have tests run and get a MEDICAL DOCTORS (diagnosis) of what is wrong with you. So i don't have a medical knowing if I am dealing with Hypothyroid or chronic fatigue - adrenal fatigue or you name a condition that so many people are dealing with - BUT i have a knowing that things are not working correctly - systems, organs, emotions, ect ect are out of balance.

I have been working with VK and most of the serums for several months now and i feel that they are doing good but at what level? can we measure? Like I said i have been working with the serums for several months and recently had a down turn - scare in my health - why would this be if i have been using several health serums on a regular frequent basis?! Like I said i don't go to doctors but a month ago my period was over a week late and other female problems i connected with an herbalist that dowses health energy and was told i have several fibroid in uterus and on ovaries - which i could actually feel when i knew what to look for. I am not sure what i am trying to get at here exactly - I just have huge question marks in my head trying to make things more clear and just EASY !!

The best way to use Cosmic Serums is to allow them to work on their own. VK with Cosmic Serums have wisdom to know where they need to work on.

For example ALL CLEAR SERUM , one might intend for constipation but when its taken without intention, it will clear negativity at multiple levels.

Same way for FLAB DOWN SERUM, though it gets favourite of people who want to manage their weight. It works at multiple level not just thyroid. Thyroid being one of the place where energies in FDS work. So best is to allow it to work on its own.

However if there is an emergency, like constipation or gas causing stomach ache, we can rub VK specially on abdomen with chanting of ALL CLEAR SERUM to take care of such pain on priority.

Same way we can send ALL CLEAR SERUM specifically to events or situations which are stuck or not moving. For example pending work or Court cases or to remove clutter from homes.

When i charge water or use other methods to send energies through VK , I keep the intention heal NOW FOREVER rather than targeting any specific organ, thus allowing it to work on multiple levels i do not know where the problems are arising from.

A concentrated healing would be 5 min energising of each vital organ. Do this daily 30 min VO.
This will help you.

You can do it either in one stretch of 30 minutes or divided it into sets of 15minx2 or 10minx3 per day.

You can do this 30 min VO on paper with an easy method described here.

Regarding fibroids , if we scan 100 females , more than 50 females would have fibroids. It may not be symptomatic for all, so they are just unaware with no feelings no effect.

From reading your multiple posts, i get a feeling that you are disturbed and this anxiety is causing more health problems, please take MOOD UP SERUM + BRAVO SERUM daily for at least 3 to 6 months.

Why do you want to know if you have adrenal fatigue or hypothyroid.

There are more than 500 diseases listed on WORLD HEALTH ORGANISATION website and more than 5000 medicinal products approved by United States FOOD DRUG ADMINISTRATIVE authorities . So do we need to know or check for each one of them

To know how to measure effect of Cosmic Serums.

1. Self judgement, which you already said they are working good. This is qualitative.
2. Medical reports, get a scan done for health issues before and after using serums.
   The blood tests, ECG scan, sonography, MRI would be indicative of improvement or change.
   Some people have actually checked their cholesterol levels after use of HEART SERUM for 3 to 6 months . some with medicines and some without medicines both along with Cosmic Serums.

Some users have tested their blood sugar levels before and after KEY PEN SERUM, for some of them doctors reduced the medicine doses. For some they stopped medicines.

I think you are right about that my mind gets involved and that turns into stress and the unknown - what if - what could it be?

i guess i don't necessarily need to know if I have thyroid or adrenal fatigue or what ever name you want to put on it - BUT i guess what the challenge is that I know (feel) that THINGS are out of balance in my body by the way I am feeling. The brain fog, forgetfulness, tried, aches and pains in my body and joints, ect ect. So my mind goes to the WHY and what to do about it! And we are programmed by society to have fear - I know in one way to think better than this from my spiritual training but i am having trouble letting that be the dominate thought and keep the fear down.

I don't have insurance and do not like to got to the doctors or have $$ to spend on big tests - i guess i just rely on sometimes energy readings from those that do that and also my pendulum but again I also questions the accuracy of that even though i KNOW i should trust it.

I did start with the vital organ balancing so will keep up with that and i forgot about the psychic surgery as well so will do that.

My challenge is the FULL faith part maybe? When i have posted to you guys in the past there is such a WONDERFUL sense from reading your response and Shart Sir's that everything will be better soon these - vale will be lifted from me, and that gave me such peace and confidence in the moment - than i get to work doing what is suggested with urgency and it feels good for awhile than that sense of security seems to get muffled and i feel a hole i guess. I KNOW deep inside this is real and wonderful and whole i truly do ( i just purchased my third VK) there just seems to be this dark spot or hole i can't figure out that keeps getting in my way!!
