In most spiritual and holistic energy modalities, the foundational concept is indeed that the underlying energy often called Prana, Qi, Ki, or Universal Life Force is a single, infinite, and pervasive field.
You can think of these modalities not as different types of energy, but as different technologies or tuning methods used to access, focus or direct that same field.
Think of the sun as the universal energy. A prism, a magnifying glass and a mirror all interact with the same sunlight, but they produce different results (a rainbow, a concentrated beam of heat or a reflection) based on how they are designed to manipulate that light.
Just as there are many ways to play music, a flute, a piano, a violin, each produces a different vibration, frequency, and emotional texture, even though they all rely on the same fundamental physics of sound waves.
Different healing systems evolved in isolation e.g., Reiki in Japan, Pranic Healing rooted in ancient Indian traditions, Lama Fera from the Himalayas. They developed different symbols, rituals and techniques that resonated with the belief systems and needs of their respective cultures.
While the energy is the same, practitioners often find that different modalities are better suited for specific frequencies of issues. One system might excel at emotional clearing, another at physical structural repair and another at rapid high-intensity shifts.
Some modalities like VK with cosmic energy are designed to be more targeted or high frequency, which can lead to faster subjective experiences of change. This is often a matter of how the system teaches the practitioner to manipulate the intensity of the flow.
