Dear sir,
Our father has given money to one of neighbor for health issues to do operation and he given his small portion of his land on my fathers name but it was on small piece of paper not even registered, from that day our grandfather was using this land for fertilizing and when grandfather die after few years person who was having health was no more and his property transfer to another person not even his wife name, we are continuously discussing this matter with his wife but she is telling speak with person who has name on his land but this person is not willing talk with us, we are suggesting him to take 50% ownership but he was not coming for discussion and now days property rates are increasing. Please suggest how we can get our portion of land from him.we are 3 brothers and don’t have sufficient land in our village

    1. If there is no legal paper work, the claim has less power.
    2. If the land is in someone’s name who doesn’t know about the past deal, it is less likely that anyone can agree to any terms.
    3. Still, clear the negativity with All clear serum from the whole scene, and add GOLDEN SUNRISE for best outcome. One soul serum to all people involved in this scene. Also, a direct request to VK to do the best in favour of all people involved.
    4. When we all go with thinking each others best, VK supports best, results are best. :)

    VS helps to remove negative or interfering energy in the space where it is installed

    Here in this case, there is no legal transaction of property between the person whom the money was lent by your parents. There is no role of VS in this case. There is no energy of space that is interfering as the transaction was done by your parents/Grandparents and VS is installed at your place recently.

    Additionally if the money lend for hospitalisation by done by any bank transaction , you may ask a lawyer how to claim it. Follow instructions as suggested by Payal in above comment for VK healing
    If there was no paper work or financial documents created for the money lent , it is already a compromised transaction

    And now the NEW person who has acquired the land legally is the TRUE owner which is fair on his part.
    VK may helps to the extent that a person truly deserve. VK or VS will definitely not help to take away land portion of another person who has fairly acquired the land

    Also if you are thinking to install VS on the farming land, its not yours now. Its of another person.
    Here it is not the land's energy which is interfering. but here its the case of legal possession and missed documentation.

    If the transaction was done many years back without documentation, then legally also it may not STAND. You can request VK to help you FIND a good lawyer who can guide you in land and lending matters

    @Rakhi-Certified VK Teacher mam i know there was paper work but it’s not registered documents, I’m not welling to grap someone property but that property doesn’t belong to him only blood relatives he got property but everyone in village knows about this property, people just saying in back to go and talk with him they will also support but he is refusing to discuss,we are fertizing this land and those who fertilize property has rights but as there is no legal document we can’t fight we check with lawyer,, we are trying convince him to get portion of land but give some portion to us as we keep this land fertilize,I’m confident that one day he will realize his mistake and he will come forward. Nothing can be changed if god has plan for you, only as we have vk vs user trying experiment so need some guidance, when we pray to god our prayer will be accepted by god in pure sole, rest if something not belongs to me will not come to me. He has ego problem and hence he don’t want to speak with us, he know very well if any discussion happen it will be for land so he will left from his home and hide inside room we spoke with wife she was also doing Same drama. Anyways I will try from my best level with VK and sitting in front of VS to sent continue request. Thanks @Payal Jain-Certified VK Teacher mam for your support.

    Secondly he was saying he will give 40k amount which was given in 1992 by my father to person for this operation , my father could have bought home in same amount and he is ready to pay that amount 40k after 30 years without thinking what could be valuation of 40k now. My father’s money wasted and that is creating me more panic, if someone is understanding person he will be ready to discuss but egoist lalachi people will never come to discuss. Anyways I will fight for my father’s rights.

    In Money issues, possessions and scenes related to money people become little stubborn even to talk. Know and consider the legal part and don’t ignore the facts.

    Ignoring the facts can be troublesome. So, observe the whole scene with all possible rights and wrongs, legal and illegal points and request accordingly. :)

    If your family has used the land for farming for many years, the 40k must have already been recovered.
    Check the accounts and request VK for a fair justice.

    The fact that the owner wrote on a small piece of paper about the land implies he never wanted to give the land for ownership. But he has still allowed farming for many years to help your family to recover money that was lent for treatment.

    Nobody would allow farming to any other person without a reason. Must look at both sides without bias

    Must still seek a lawyer's advise as your family has used the land for farming , because law is beyond one sided emotions.
