Our father has given money to one of neighbor for health issues to do operation and he given his small portion of his land on my fathers name but it was on small piece of paper not even registered, from that day our grandfather was using this land for fertilizing and when grandfather die after few years person who was having health was no more and his property transfer to another person not even his wife name, we are continuously discussing this matter with his wife but she is telling speak with person who has name on his land but this person is not willing talk with us, we are suggesting him to take 50% ownership but he was not coming for discussion and now days property rates are increasing. Please suggest how we can get our portion of land from him.we are 3 brothers and don’t have sufficient land in our village

Here in this case, there is no legal transaction of property between the person whom the money was lent by your parents. There is no role of VS in this case. And now the NEW person who has acquired the land legally is the TRUE owner which is fair on his part.
VK may helps to the extent that a person truly deserve. VK or VS will definitely not help to take away land portion of another person who has fairly acquired the land
Also if you are thinking to install VS on the farming land, its not yours now. Its of another person.
Here it is not the land's energy which is interfering. but here its the case of legal possession and missed documentation.
If the transaction was done many years back without documentation, then legally also it may not STAND. You can request VK to help you FIND a good lawyer who can guide you in land and lending matters

In Money issues, possessions and scenes related to money people become little stubborn even to talk. Know and consider the legal part and don’t ignore the facts.
Ignoring the facts can be troublesome. So, observe the whole scene with all possible rights and wrongs, legal and illegal points and request accordingly.

If your family has used the land for farming for many years, the 40k must have already been recovered.
Check the accounts and request VK for a fair justice.
The fact that the owner wrote on a small piece of paper about the land implies he never wanted to give the land for ownership. But he has still allowed farming for many years to help your family to recover money that was lent for treatment.
Nobody would allow farming to any other person without a reason. Must look at both sides without bias
Must still seek a lawyer's advise as your family has used the land for farming , because law is beyond one sided emotions.
