Hair fall and regrowth

2 years back i went to pune and didnt know about the bad water quality.... 3 months into pune i started noticing hair thinning and after 6 months it was clearly visible to me and others.... i left pune for a while for other project and haurloss stopped and got stable again.... last year i went to a dermat and told him all of this he checked and put me on minoxidil 5% Finasteride 0.5% solution... initially haird shed for a month then hairfall stopped and i havent seen any regrowth or anything but hair look better than firsdt 6 months in pune and also shedding kinda got less so i could keep long hairs after a long time.... still somedays like today it happens after shower when i comb the hair in comb give me a jumpscare...
im using AMS, BS, MS and GMS combo for looks and all as i had mentioned in last post... does this take care of the hairfall issues also? and any other tips to get better hair and regrowth do share... Thank you
