Heavy Bullying, Harrassing and Tracking me in Apartment
I moved 3 times since I’ve been back in SA.
I had to move from one building recently because of all kinds of smoke and chemical fumes, plus someone tracking my whereabouts from the apartment above me.
I have since moved again but to top floor at the same complex where there’s no one above me but I am experiencing the same thing. I can hear two people walking and whispering in the attic with even a cell phone ringing and they quickly turn it off. My complex is saying there are beams in the attic and it’s very hot up there this time of year so no one could possibly be up there — so no attempt to help there.
I thought since I moved to top floor there would be less of a hassle but now someone is living in the attic above me rent free (the attic is not for rent, it has air conditioning units and storage items for the complex. I use my VKs for serum like All Clear Serum every day but no relief. Please help! Any suggestions or help you can give me to go back to a calm and relaxed apartment experience? I have a VS but haven’t sent for reprogramming to my apartment yet.

For re attunement to a new address, you don't have to send VS back to Sir
You can request for reattunemnt sharing the old and new address if the area coverage of new place fits in the same VS coverage
I have changed addresses so much I’m saving for the exchange for that.
