Online meditation with Soham Kumar

I wanted to give feedback on the online meditation session today. It was the first time I attended Soham Kumar meditation. The session was well attended online with many other participants. Ive attended many meditation groups before but I must say I was impressed with Sohams guided meditation. Its probably one of the best Ive attended. The word to describe it is “divine”. It was very divine and listening to him guiding us through the meditation was very relaxing. With the nice background music and different aspects of the meditation for over 1hr I noticed changes in myself. The meditation incorporated different aspects all put together to ensure that at the end you were relaxed, which I definitely was. You have to experience this yourself to know the effects of this meditation. I highly recommend anyone in need of meditation to consider attending a session with Soham. Thanks so much Soham.
